Why Do We Have To Be Near Catastrophe Before Action Is Taken To Save The Earth?
Granted I am going back a few years here but I do remember the days when the words acid rain and ozone layer were on most people lips. We all knew that our Earth was in danger and we all knew the causes and strict measures were put in place to try and repair the damage. However it begs the question why do we have to be near catastrophe before action is taken to save the earth?
